Fire Strategy Support
Understand how the building’s fire precautions are intended to work together.
A fire strategy brings together the building’s use, escape arrangements, protection measures and management assumptions. We help establish what information exists, identify gaps and agree the competent specialist input required.
Request a quoteWhat you receive
- Review of available plans, existing strategy documents and building information
- Clarification of occupancy, evacuation assumptions and management arrangements
- Identification of inconsistencies or missing information
- A defined brief for strategy review or development within an agreed scope
- Coordination of findings with risk assessment and operational action plans
Who this is for
Owners, clients and facilities teams reviewing existing premises, proposed changes of use or refurbishment arrangements.
How it works
- Share the building information and reason for the review.
- We assess the complexity and agree the appropriate specialist scope.
- Review the existing assumptions and identify evidence gaps.
- Agree the strategy work, actions and any further design input required.
Agreeing the scope
Fire engineering design, modelling, approval submissions and statutory design appointments require specifically agreed competence and scope. A fire risk assessment is not a substitute for a fire strategy, and a strategy document alone does not demonstrate that measures have been installed correctly.
