Low Risk Premises Management
Less than 25 employees - Shops, Offices, Service Industry, Design, IT, Accountancy, clerical type companies, with no transport, manufacturing, use of plant or equipment.

(Quarterly)
This option includes all of the above, but also involves us spending time on site physically managing health and safety for the company, writing risk assessments, carrying out on site training, designing bespoke policies etc.
Low Risk – Shops, Offices, Service Industry, Design, IT, Accountancy, clerical type companies, with no transport, manufacturing, use of plant or equipment. Less than 25 employees.

Medium Risk Premises Management
Companies either over 25 employees, or with medium risks present such as a small warehouse operations, with some transport such as delivery vans, but not including forklift trucks, HGV. A small amount of manual handling, but no process, manufacturing, work at height or construction type work.

(Bi-Monthly)

This option includes all of the above, but also involves us spending time on site physically managing health and safety for the company, writing risk assessments, carrying out on site training, designing bespoke policies etc.

Medium Risk – Companies either over 25 employees, or with medium risks present such as a small warehouse operations, with some transport such as delivery vans, but not including forklift trucks, HGV. A small amount of manual handling, but no process, manufacturing, work at height or construction type work.

High Risk Premises Management
Companies with higher risks, such as construction type companies, or companies that process or manufacture products and/or deliver using HGV type vehicles. Companies that use hazardous machinery or plant, such as forklift trucks, gantry cranes, drills, saws, polishers etc.

This option includes all of the above, but also involves us spending time on site physically managing health and safety for the company, writing risk assessments, carrying out on site training, designing bespoke policies etc.
High Risk – Companies with higher risks, such as construction type companies, or companies that process or manufacture products and/or deliver using HGV type vehicles. Companies that use hazardous machinery or plant, such as forklift trucks, gantry cranes, drills, saws, polishers etc.
