Onsite Health & Safety Facilities Management

From low to high risk we have it covered.

Health & Safety Facility Management Services

Great facilities management should be the foundation of any business, no matter what level of risk the workplace has. Providing the appropriate level of care for your business will help you to run the day-to-day business with less worry ahead of you, as well as boosting the morale of your staff.

In all cases, failure to meet facilities management requirements is not an option, and without the appropriate level of care; your business could be breaking the law. You could also be unfairly risking the safety of your workers and were an accident to befall anyone on your premises – staff or guest – you could lose a substantial amount of money, time, and possibly even equipment depending on the nature of the situation.

It is important that your workplace is approved by an individual who is trained to recognise what good facilities management looks like. For an individual who can provide you with regular onsite health and safety reviews, as well as tips and recommendations on how to improve your facilities management, we suggest that you enquire about our safety compliance services and how we can help you.

Does Your Industry Need Health and Safety Facilities Management?

All businesses need some level of health and safety facilities management, but the extent of the care that your business will require will differ depending on your line of work.

For your standard office scenario, we will recommend our Low Risk plan, which offers quarterly reviews. This review covers issues such as fire escape routes, whether there are enough toilet facilities in your building, and any other potential hazards.

In comparison, a construction site or hazardous chemical plant would likely need one of our high-risk plans which includes a monthly review from a highly trained member of our team. When working with dangerous equipment or in dangerous environments, it is necessary that extra precautions are taken.
